How can we link our Operational and Reserve Accounts in the Synctera Console?

Only users with the ability to link external accounts can complete this process.

The built-in Restricted External Accounts role allows this and can be assigned by any of your administrators within the Console’s User Management section.

How to Link Your Account:

1. Log in to the Synctera Console
2. Navigate to Fintechs Accounts under the Operations section on the left side.
3. Click on the blue button on the right side that says Link New External Accounts.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to securely connect your Operational and Reserve accounts.
