- Insights access is controlled by the Synctera console (https://app.synctera.com). Contact your Synctera System Administrator to grant you access.

- Currently, Synctera Insights is free to all bank and partner users who are not in the T-10 program

- As of the date of this article (October, 2023), you have two choices:
- Use insights and download to CSV or Excel
- Use Secure File Delivery (SFD) to configure secure, high-volume, daily delivery to your data warehouse or datalake.
- In 2024, we plan to announce support for other mechanisms. We’d love to know more about your compute infrastructure and how we can integrate better with it. Please contact support@synctera.com with any questions.

- NFB stands for “Not For Billing”. Those fields tagged like this are available at card swipe time and are estimates provided by Marqueta. We base our Card Billing on the settlement data which we receive from Mastercard; and there can be differences

- We update the infromation once per day, at approximately 6pm PST.

- Both products are based on the same underlying datasets. The practical difference is that SFD includes PII that is redacated or otherwise unavailable in
My Data
. This incldues - Social Security Number
- Plaintext Account Numbers (not account UUIDs)
- Person’s Date of Birth
What does bank_core and partner_core mean?
What does bank_core and partner_core mean?
bank_core
refers to accounts (and transactions within those accounts) that have been recorded in the bank’s system (the bank’s “core”). We receive copies of that information via daily file delivery from the abank

refers to accounts and transactions stored on Synctera’s ledger
* As part of our reconciliation process, we compare the bank_core
balances against the partner_core
balances. Reconciliation is the proecss of determining where the accounts are in balance; and if not, how to resolve that.Accounts [Preview]
